Accessibility statement
At SAAS we recognise the importance of providing a website which is accessible to all groups of people, including the disabled. To make our website accessible we are working towards complying with all priority 2 checkpoints to reach conformance level AA of the W3C Web content Accessibility Guidelines. We also use the latest standards of XHTML and CSS.
Accessibility Features
We have included a number of features on our site to aid accessibility:
Styles switcher bar
The styles switcher bar can be used to quickly increase or decrease the text size, according to your preference. You can also switch to a high contrast, dyslexia friendly style to make the site more accessible for yourself.
Access keys
Some browsers support jumping to specific links using quick access keys. On Windows, you can press the 'alt' key and the relevant access key; on Macintosh, you can press then 'ctrl' key and the access key.

Navigation help
The SAAS site has a number of navigation features to help you browse the site:
Global navigation bar
This is located along the top of the screen on every page. Click on a link to go to that section of the site. The current section is highlighted.
Breadcrumb navigation
This is located under the global navigation and tracks the path you follow through the site. Clicking on the links will take you back to any point on that path
Student support navigation
The student support links are located in the centre of the home page and student support section pages. These allow you to navigate to the student support information which is relevant to you. Click on the link which describes you situation.
Site Map
The site map can be accessed from any page on the site by clicking on the link on the footer bar. It give a hierarchical representation of the site, listing all pages within each section, allowing you to go straight to any section of our website.
Search Facility
You can also enter words of phrases in our search facility and press the search button to find what you are looking for. Move information and help with using the search facility is available in the search help section of this site.

Help with using PDF documents
You can view PDF documents using Adobe Reader - which is available free of charge.
If your screen reader software is not compatible with Adobe Reader, Adobe provide a free online tool to convert the content of PDF files to text - so they can be understood by most screen reader applications.
